RETURN POLICY

All tumblers are handmade to order.  Returns/exchanges/cancellations are not accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

If the item is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, please email me immediately at KrazyCupDesigns@yahoo.com so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

 Please remember, all items are handmade with love and involve many steps to make.  As with all hand-crafted items, slight imperfections exist. There may be small imperfections on your tumbler (slight color variation, seam line, etc.). These slight variations do not detract from the beauty and/or functionality, however, they do add character and charm that cannot be duplicated with items that have been mass-produced.

INCORRECT ADDRESS/RETURN TO SENDER

If you accidentally provided the wrong address at checkout and the shipment is returned to me, it is your responsibility to pay the additional postage for me to reship. If you accidentally provided the wrong address and contact UPS/USPS to redirect the shipment to a corrected/different address, UPS/USPS will charge ME. It is your responsibility to reimburse me for the charges.  If it is an error made by me, I will cover the postage to reship.
